Each stack increases the equipped operative's Electric damage. When the equipped operative has the maximum amount of [Snapshot] stacks, hits from their ability will apply [Defenseless] to enemies, increasing their damage taken from the equipped operative's abilities. All [Snapshot] stacks are removed when the equipped operative shoots.
