The core area of the Northwind Aerospace Center. Everything from the first artificial satellite to the first manned space launch started here. After the events of The Descent, the Suzdal Launch Base was forced to close due to Titagen contamination in and around the space center, and Edda's control of the Mistilteinn space station made launching spacecraft impossible. During an event called "Fimbulvetr", huge tree-like Titagen crystals suddenly grew from the launch base.
